What do you like best? Customer success team is awesome and the ability to layer this on top of sparkpost is a huge win. If you’re thinking about it - just do it What do you dislike? What do you like best? Iterable is easy to use. It has many powerful features you’ll need to setup and monitor email lifecycle campaigns and promotional blasts. Also easy to test iterations and utilize all your backend data to get the best results. Price point is good too. What do you dislike? Still a young company and can improve on making some nuances a little easier to navigate. Also could improve analytics and reporting but confident they will keep innovating as time passes ...

Easy to use self serve tool

What do you like best? Iterable allows me to set up workflows and campaigns without Engineering. Handlebar logic and metadata store help me personalize templates and easily update information. What do you dislike? Using datafeeds can cause timeouts and errors. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Segmentation and personalization. Setting up drips to keep users enngaged and our company top of mind.
