Lots of flexibility and customization, way better than previous solution What do you dislike about Iterable? can't use dynamic lists to trigger journeys What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Iterable? Over a year ago, we replaced SailThru with Iterable and couldn't be happier with that decision. Aside from the vast improvement in personalization and automation, one of my favorite features is the ease of integration with other 3rd party platforms through API calls or web hooks. What do you like best about Iterable? You can customize the experience almost to unlimited capability. What do you dislike about Iterable? What do you like best about Iterable? The tool truly empowers the marketer to take the reigns of their Lifecycle Marketing program. "Easy to learn platform, excellent support team!"
What do you like best about Iterable? I like the fact that Iterable is easy to learn, and has a chat function on the site. We also have a great support team who helps us with our questions. What do you dislike about Iterable? I am not the biggest fan of the new template experience rolling out next month. What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you? Iterable helps us to streamline our email and push building process which helps us keep our process organized.

What do you like best about Iterable? Easy to use, full of features, and has great modern tools. Segmentation and workflows are especially powerful.
