What do you like best about Iterable? I appreciate the frequency and openness of our weekly meetings, Since we have recurring meetings I know that whenever we run into issues with the platform or want to try out new features, theres very little turnaround with getting responses. "Robust marketing automation platform with an active roadmap and stellar support"

What do you like best about Iterable? First and foremost, Iterable's premium support via Slack is some of the best support I've ever received from a vendor. Secondly, this platform honors its name - Iterable's product development team really is constantly 'iterating' on this platform and improving it at a pace that is almost challenging to keep up with. What do you like best about Iterable? The scalable and reliable performance of the system. The extensive nature of their features. Their support team is incredibly good too. What do you like best about Iterable? Iterable is the most intuitive tool I've ever used. I highly appreciate the easy way you can segment your campaigns. Moreover, you can report most useful KPI's in 1 minute. What do you dislike about Iterable? I can't write any downside of using Iterable What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Iterable? Iterable has a helpdesk available at your fingertips. Every question I have ever had has been answered immediately by an actual human, not a bot. Our account holder, Lakenya, is available via email and Zoom meetings whenever I can hop on with him. "Iterable Insights"

What do you like best about Iterable? The ability to test communications and make changes on the fly and not wait on other departments within your organization. What do you dislike about Iterable? Not having the ability to integrate directly with SFDC and not able to add attachments within an email. What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you? Visibility into each individual user and great custom content for all users.

What do you like best about Iterable? The support team and our rep are extremely responsive and helpful without making you feel moronic. The updates to the platform have made creating comms extremely fast and easy to preview, proof, and get quick feedback on. Our onboarding was by far the best onboarding I've experienced in my career. What do you like best about Iterable? The support center! They answer very fast, and they're accommodating. They always give you an answer, which significantly helps with your daily tasks. Also, constant updates! I love that from the Iterable team!! What do you dislike about Iterable? Sometimes it takes a lot to charge the screen on my computer, and it makes your day slow. What do you like best about Iterable? Iterable has amazing training videos, modules, and live training courses you can take to stay updated on features and updates. So thankful for their resoures! What do you dislike about Iterable? It would be nice to see more in-depth features become available for Push Messages. What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you? STO and the entire Predictive Goals initiative are fantastic.
