What do you like best about Intercom? I like how we can communicate in real-time and give the clients a very quick solution or response in regards to their concerns. Also, it is really helpful to add Macros.

What do you like best about Intercom? I will compare Intercom with a standard mailbox (such as Gmail). I like that - You can close conversations after completing a task and they go to the closed section, thus you always see what issues are still open. Compared to a standard mailbox, you have to remember or make separate records of which issue was the last one which you stopped the day before...
