"A complete feature"
What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is a complete feature that is helping our company have a closer relationship with our customers and keep track of everything in a friendly and organized way. With the same tool, we can check users' info, create articles, send emails and check the statistics. I love the extras like creating tours and now the new survey feature.

What do you like best about Intercom? I've never used intercom before my current job. Now that I have experience with it, I will be using this platform for all things customer service in the future. Our company gets so many compliments on the customer service because it's so fast, efficient, and it really makes the customers feel like they're interacting with a human on the other side. I'd highly recommend this platform to all businesses who value exceptional customer service.

What do you like best about Intercom? With Intercom I can manage all I need in my AARRR funnel, not only support even if it's pretty well-known for those features. The tool is mainly powerful for the activation process and helps us a lot to reengage users.

What do you like best about Intercom? I love the how simple intercom is to use. It's intuitive, beautifully laid out and has all of the elements you'd expect to see in a support chat function. I love the flexibility of being able to create outbound chat bots as well.
