What do you like best about Intercom? The customization of data properties is helpful, also I did appreciate the "guides" feature. There are a lot more advanced solutions out there when it comes to intelligent chat and in-product engagement, however. Intercom may have been the first major player but they're no longer the leader.

"Great tool for customer support for SaaS companies"
What do you like best about Intercom? I have been using Intercom in the 2 companies already and nothing beats the usability, great web and phone apps, and their client support. For me so far it´s the best support tool for SaaS companies. Also, maybe it looks like nothing, but it comes very important the possibility to delete an already sent message or also to be able to post GIFs :)

What do you like best about Intercom? I like that intercom integrates with a lot if different apps. It's a great way to provide value to our customers. I do like that we can support customers from Facebook, website chat, and email in the same place.

What do you like best about Intercom? I believe that Intercom's Messenger is their biggest asset. It's efficient, looks good, and it's equipped with all the tools necessary to make customer support fast and efficient.
