What do you like best about Intercom? Easy to set up In-App posts. It also is great for segmentation of the audience and mobile set-up. The core of the product is the live chat and communication on web, but we do not use it.

What do you like best about Intercom? All the integrations. There are so many tools I can use in conjunction with Intercom and insert them wherever in the app or site I need. It makes it easy to give walkthroughs, get feedback, and help our users quickly.
