What do you like best about Intercom? Their team answers all of my questions ( and I ask a lot) with helpful responses. They always have articles that can walk me through anything I don't know how to do and give good examples! They also always follow up with me to make sure I'm satisfied with the answer and have any follow-up questions. What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is amazing when it comes to what it has been built for primarily - conversational marketing via chatbots and popups. The playbooks are a nice way to get started, and it's easy to set everything up in under 1 to 2 days.
