What do you like best about Intercom? You can create customer segmentation for targeted messaging based on browser language, country, logins etc, which is great when creating nurturing workflows. The custom bot feature is very helpful for lead generation.

"The best solution for user segmentation and customer support."
What do you like best about Intercom? Segmentation and filtering capabilities - you can use as many filters as you want to segment your users in the way you want. It is very useful to further use these segments when sending mailings through bots or other campaigns. Automatic bots that are triggered by a button in your application (or on your website) are also very useful - you don't need to involve developers in order to set up some functionality.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom lets our team delegate and prioritize incoming support tickets very easily, and its integration of incoming emails and live chat bots into one inbox is invaluable given our multiple support funnels. Its notes feature also allows for internal communication and tracking as we help customers.
