"Intercom makes it easy to meet customers wherever they're at and support them well."

What do you like best about Intercom? I really like the ability to be able to have not only chats but email threads and manage them in the same interface. No more combing email clients, just conversations. Also, rules make sure tickets are assigned to the right individual in our organization and makes it so easy to manage the queue.
