"Full of features and fun to use"
What do you like best about Intercom? I love the dark mode they have. A lot of websites need to really push this out, it's easier on your eyes. I also love that they are constantly improving the platform with new features. Their latest update is the best I've seen and interacted with. Being able to navigate chats is a lot easier with keyboard shortcuts.

What do you like best about Intercom? Our company uses Intercom for most of its products, but I primarily use it to build automated messages for our customers including onboarding, re-engagement, webinars and new feature releases.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom has made it easy for either our support team to manage our company's support queue, including tracking long-term problems. With the recent updates the platform itself seems to run MUCH faster.

What do you like best about Intercom? I love how intercom let's me use shortcuts to effectively manage ongoing tickets - while also engaging with them through GIFs to make the conversation more human :)
