What do you like best about Intercom? I think Intercom's strongest point is the fact that it is very intuitive to use while not skipping on bolstering us users with a collection of various tools to make navigating and writing messages much easier. I personally also love its side features - the data from Reports has been core to our support team since the beginning, enabling us to share feedback with the team with the numbers to show and the Articles feature makes it easy to manage a FAQs page

What do you like best about Intercom? I super love the new features and focus on keystrokes. The Intercom team is looking to make the UI better and it shows. The accessibility has upped the anty quite a bit. The new version update brought Intercom out of the stone age.

"Classic & reliable chat experience."

What do you like best about Intercom? What I like most is the ability to create my own macro responses. This helps when supporting multiple incoming chats with common questions, and doing so quickly!
