What do you like best about Intercom? They have enough features that are required by any business that runs a Customer service team. Features, namely, Csat- survey, Emails, chats, Tags, and Integrations if you need third-party products you already use.

"Easy to use, takes time to learn"

What do you like best about Intercom? I appreciate the ability to search old conversations from the same customer or from a keyword. This makes it easier to find any previous solutions if a customer's issue has happened before. Macros and articles are also helpful in this regard.
