What do you like best about Intercom? As developer, Intercom was very easy to implement on my platform, and from there creating segments with the companys, users and leads was a piece of cake, everything there is easy to use and make filters and more better than that, collect data about our customers necessities.

What do you like best about Intercom? It has helped our small team scale by providing a centralized location for all customers and leads to interact with our organization. The articles/help center, in-app product tours, and automatic emails have helped with self-service onboarding and continued support.
