What do you like best about Intercom? I love to create macros so that I can quickly respond to common questions. In addition, the new list view makes it easy to keep track of those issues that are in play and those that need to be closed.

"Mostly good but with some recent feature changes that have been frustrating"

What do you like best about Intercom? Love the read receipts and the ability to insert articles, along with ease of visibility such as "last online", and device used. I like seeing when other people are typing. I really like the new feature of auto-filling your intro, that genuinely speeds things up

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is really awesome - the shortcuts are easy to learn and predefines system is really amazing. I don't know how can someone downgrade to other platforms after using this.
