"nice platform but sometimes it's hard to use"

What do you like best about Intercom? i Really love the ui and interface, the platform is easy to use after 30 min of using. The onboarding is intuitive, so everything seems quite easy and clear for a newcomer.

"Love Intercom especially the support!"

What do you like best about Intercom? The support team has been with me the whole way through, Email change bugs being fixed they really are there for you 24/7. They also have gotten back to me every time I asked for anything quickly

"Pay to play, but it's got all the features you could need"

What do you like best about Intercom? You can pick your access level and the features you need. But, of course, there is always something the next tier up you'll find you require as you grow and develop. That being said, the integrations and features available can't be beaten. The service has been overall reliable with little downtime, and fairly short stints when there are outages.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom's new inbox is great and we have seen a huge increase in our support team's speed by using it. The platform is overall easy to use and integrates well with our tech stack.

"Very user-friendly but run into roadblocks frequently and not liking some recent changes"

What do you like best about Intercom? Feels fun to use, I like seeing users typing, adding notes, easily inserting articles, inbox rules (even though you need to upgrade), custom bots (even though it's not working correctly now) , banners, posts, chats, lots of great features!
