What do you like best about Intercom? What I like most about Intercom is the effectiveness of the information between the client and the representative. The synchronization with third-party applications such as SalesForce or Jira, and of course the visualization is becoming cleaner and easier to use every time.

What do you like best about Intercom? Allows us to respond to clients quickly and efficiently. Servers are great as well, hardly ever experience any downtime issues and the few times there are some, it is fixed quickly.

What do you like best about Intercom? The product functionality is ok, but the way their sales and support is scamming customers is just insane and not proper for a 21st century modern company. It's more like a mafia organization.
