"Extremely handy tool to chat with customers"

What do you like best about Intercom? I like the way the tool works, it is very intuitive and easy to use. Also, I like the fact that we can track our customers' satisfaction after chats are closed, and we have a general idea of how our agents perform. I would also highlight the ability to tag conversations as it helps us analyze the most common issues and questions our customers ask, so at the end of the day Intercom helps us improve our product.

What do you like best about Intercom? The simplicity and the interface is beautiful. I love how everything is in one place and it's conversational based. Tags are easy to use and you're always coming out with new features. The setup guide is great and I think Intercom Academy is off to a great start.

What do you like best about Intercom? It is quick and easy to use. Additionally, it shows the customer's system device info which is my favorite feature for the non-tech savvy customers who are unsure what system they are using.
