What do you like best about Intercom? The intercom looks like a simple inbox just like our personal chat messengers. Easy to understand and easy to operate. The handy details section at the right saves a lot of time escalating and other necessary information is there as well.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom has everything you need to get started with a few basic chatbots and set up workflows to organize and tackle tickets efficiently. By far the best support tool I've used in my career.
