"Seamless work"
What do you like best about Intercom? I like that it's integrated with both chat and email. The ability to add and edit participants. Recent conversation feature. Pretty good search engine. The snooze, close, and re-open ticket option is also nice and makes work easy. I also love the "Notes" function for internal procedures.

What do you like best about Intercom? It's a really intuitive platform. Since starting using it about 2.5 years ago in a previous role, I've trained various colleagues and company users and found it to be smooth and simple - just giving some pointers on our own use of the platform as a company, as I know Intercom already does a great job of providing learning resources - if needed at all, as it's just so easy to jump in and get started!
