What do you like best about Intercom? It is very user-friendly. The Intercom Team is available whenever you need them. The FQ/ Help section is excellent. It also allows you to have your own FAQ section for your clients.

"Simple, smart and efficient"

What do you like best about Intercom? I like the best most of the intercom features. Round Robin is a good one, that ensures the workload is equally shared within teams. It's a feature that most of competitors do not have.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is easy to use for live chats. The bot is easily configured. It is also eady and direct to set up macros and uses cool shortcuts. They recebtly launched a new UI of intercom which is very user firendly.
