What do you like best about Intercom? Clear interface that is quite easy to set up in terms of parameters for simple flows and queues. Agent view is customized, also an interesting variety of integrations with common Saas tools.

What do you like best about Intercom? The flexibility for customer support is excellent, especially the email-to-chat feature where users can email us with their questions, but we can respond directly through Intercom.

What do you like best about Intercom? I like that with Intercom, you can do the task it is advertised for, right out of the box. What makes Intercom really strong is ticket tagging, flowing the tag into automations, and back to CRM, and its collaborative nature.
