"Improving outreach and great customer support"
What do you like best about Intercom? Multiple ways to engage the customer through bots, tours, tooltips, email, ... When I have a question, and I don't have time to dig in, the customer support contacts are very helpful.

What do you like best about Intercom? What I like most about Intercom, in addition to its ease of use, is the large number of possibilities that the tool offers, not only for customer service via chat, but also for optimizing resources and contacting customers through "outbound" messages.

What do you like best about Intercom? By far the thing I like best is the ease of use that the platform has. In teaching new employees, I find that all of them take to the system really easily, and don't have a lot of questions.

What do you like best about Intercom? The interface and the shortcuts have been very well thought out. It is very intuitive and easy to learn. The dark theme is also very easy on your eyes, which is great for long support sessions.
