"Customer Focused Chat System with Great Behind-the-Scenes Functionality"
What do you like best about Intercom? I love all the chat features - I think allowing gifs and emojis makes conversations more personable. I also love that both sides of the chat can add photos to the discussion. I was on a chat as a customer the other day where a picture would have been helpful, and they didn't have that capability. I thought, "I should tell this company to use intercom!"

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom has many features that have helped our users use our products more efficiently! I love their Macros feature that allows you to create answers to frequently answered questions that are more personable than a bot response. I also love their new Messenger feature that has a News and Tasks for us to communicate what is most important to our users.

What do you like best about Intercom? It is easy to understand. It has many tools, which can sometimes get complicated, but every option makes sense and gives us important data about our performance and clients.
