"Amazing reliable live chat support."

What do you like best about Intercom? It is EXTREMELY easy to use and to implant on your website. It helps me get to help the customers easier and to give them a better experience on our website. More websites should use this, to help their users get any information before any purchases or registrations. Everyone who needs a live-chat should come to Intercom.

What do you like best about Intercom? I really like that it is simple (almost too simple) to start a conversation and keep it moving. It mimics a lot of what a text-message between you and your customer would be.

What do you like best about Intercom? Navigation is easy and clear. Customer service is amazing. They're always adding new features. Makes it easy to document communication with users from chat, email, etc so we can fully track their progress.

"Perfect for small companies who want to quickly scale phone support"

What do you like best about Intercom? For a smaller company like ours, Talkdesk has been great from implementation until now. As we're a small company, the cost was a large factor in our VOIP provider. Talkdesk makes it affordable to provide our customers with phone support as we grow. On top of this, their support has been great and they've always been there to answer any question that I have.

"Easy To Use Tool For Customer Service"

What do you like best about Intercom? The tool is great for answering customer questions and issues in real time. If you have multiple support staff, Intercom allows you to create "buckets" for each person, so tickets are dispersed based on who's working on it. The snooze feature is also handy for removing the ticket from your "open item" bucket. It also allows you to see a variety of information about the user and any previous conversations all in one place.
