"Excellent choice for a support app"

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom connects via Segment – making it incredibly easy for Segment users like us to add Intercom to our app. Intercom does a great job of tying together the pillars of support/user interaction: responding to tickets, automated support/onboarding messages and emails, and a user-facing knowledge base. The app is clean, easy to use, and bug-free, with plenty of useful integrations.

"Great Online Chat Platform with great trackability "

What do you like best about Intercom? Very in depth features that allows the team to be able to track individual chats and pull out history records. Also able to see which team member has responded and what the status of the client request is at. Definitely a good chat support system for a small enterprise.
