What do you like best about Intercom? Where to begin? First of all, the messaging feature that appears on the front end of the site is incredibly helpful. We are able to have near instant contact with potential customers and answer questions that help lead to sales.

"Best Support Software. Ever. "

What do you like best about Intercom? They lead by example - Intercom has some of the best support team I've ever experienced. We used Intercom for both support chat and email marketing for users. They continue to expand their features to continue to support on delivering excellent customer communication experiences.

"Good with helping Customer"

What do you like best about Intercom? The best part about intercom is chat feature. Being able to easily go back and forth with different chats makes it easy for us. The ability to close out chat windows so it does not get distracting is very useful and helpful. The prerecorded responses are very useful when trying to cut down chat time and not having to have write out the same answers to the usual questions.
