What do you like best about Intercom? I like that Intercom allows me to receive feedback in real time with my clients, it is also easy to install for iOS and Android, it is excellent because it tracks and segments each client, it can attend multiple requests at the same time, which is something really good and it increases the sales of my business.

What do you like best about Intercom? I use this in my daily work life. Intercom is implemented in our company. It an awesome system. It helps me monitor my clients and I am also allowed to snooze conversations and email clients as it is integrated in our system.

"Nearly perfect live chat for Customer Support and Communications"
What do you like best about Intercom? The ability to easily organize and respond to our customers in real time, while internally being able to communicate by adding notes, keeping saved replies or articles to guide users on FAQs or troubleshooting, ability to easily input screenshot or other type of documents, emoji and giphy integration, multiple notification options, as well as organization by teams, UI/UX is great and very intuitive
