What do you like best about Intercom? What we like the most about this platform is its troubleshooting section, which offers many tools for monitoring technical support tickets. Intercom allows you to program several custom templates to respond to customers in a few seconds, and provides a group message box, excellent to optimize collaboration among employees.

What do you like best about Intercom? My favorite feature is Articles, because you can easily create your own help center full of commonly asked questions from your customers. This gives your customers easy resources and allows them to help themselves without reaching out to our support team. It saves us a lot of time.

What do you like best about Intercom? Excellent communication platform. Intercom has special functions for different work teams, including sales management, online assistance, and marketing campaigns. We like that for only $ 49 we can obtain so many products for the handling of technical assistance. Intercom integrates with social networks, allows to segment audiences, tag messages, and create participation analysis.

"Intercom offers an excellent service to manage ads "
What do you like best about Intercom? We like that we can create attractive ads with which we can easily improve our customer flow on the website. The interface of Intercom offers a lot of comfort when divided into three screens, in which we can reorient and measure the impact of each advertisement. We also like the ease with which we can move along the tool board.
