What do you like best about Intercom? I love the fact that they are looking at support from many different angle; one feature supporting other features. For example they recently introduced a way to guide users through usage. While that isn't part of their core communications offering, it actually should help reduce the amount of communications needed which would seem to slightly reduce the value of the communications piece, but it doesn't.
