What do you like best about Intercom? Love the fact it gives us the ability to respond real time from mobile as we pride ourselves in our response times. Makes it easy to automate during the off hours.

What do you like best about Intercom? It's new, easy to set up, likes details and always advances. Intercom has a vision for who it needs to be and the technology it creates reflects that. I used Olark and Zendesk to render it the easiest with Groove and Intercom. If my clients tell how much they like the communication device, you know that Intercom does something good.

"Good tool for a startup"
What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is easy to set up and importing users from your previous software. It's great to be able to create an online library of help content and have it underhand for our users to find. The chat is what we use most, and our users enjoy how easy it is to reach out to us. Automation is great. Our support team use the chat system for personalized messages and absence messages.

"Great for Online Customer Service"
What do you like best about Intercom? It is an organized way of helping people navigate our website or answering any questions they may have. I've loved being able to send saved articles to answer to frequently asked questions. It is much easier than typing it out every time.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom helps by using a bot to auto reply and engage customers which is handled by bot technique as gives instant reply to the prospects and share the conversation alert by application over personal phones of the employees and by email alerts.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is easy to use and understand. There are many great features- some of which are at an additional cost. Intercom is easy to teach new employee's and isn't something that takes deep thought to use.
