PROS: Intercom Live Chat is a highly advantageous solution that has helped us win the loyalty of a big bulk of our customers because of our rapid-fire responses to their questions. On top of that, the chat tool offers a single inbox for all customer conversations and it provides seamless integrations with our own platform and with GitHut.

What do you like best about Intercom? The ability to show videos and only show the chat when named accounts are visiting us is the main benefit of Intercom. This has helped us chatting and put sales in front of relevant leads in real time.

What do you like best about Intercom? Custom bots are very powerful and the "Tours" are saving us a lot of time! It's generally a solid tool and we are not experiencing any bugs or unintentional behaviour.
