What do you like best about Intercom? The ease of use and overall depth of what you can create with the product is impressive, has various queries, integrations and external messages to its users that facilitates communication and customer acquisition. This platform allows you to program several customized templates to respond to customers in seconds, and provides a group message box, excellent for optimizing collaboration between employees.
