What do you like best about Intercom? "User Classification" - Intercom allows you to tag users based on their activities. It is possible to customize various Intercom components and users can be classified automatically according to the administrator's predefined parameters making the process much simpler.

What do you like best about Intercom? What don't I like? The Live chat feature for our customers is great - really easy to use internally and for customers. The product tours have sped up our customer onboarding significantly!

"Must have for Saas"
What do you like best about Intercom? Definitely, it works as advertised, but it knows much more than expected. It can replace 2-3 of our previously used software: in-app chats, e-mail automation, knowledgebase, chatbot. It can even auto-translate the chat messages natively.

What do you like best about Intercom? It is so easy to respond and communicate with customers using this system. It also allows you to keep conversations organized using queues for your team!

"Great for fast customer interaction"
What do you like best about Intercom? I like that you can break the tool down into teammates to make it really easier to see where the customer is writing in from. We are able to decrease first response time with this tool. Also Custom bots allow us to reduce ticket volume.
