What do you like best about Intercom? The interface is great, but I take that as a bare minimum requirement for this kind of solution. What I really appreciate most is that they have a robust API including webhooks which allowed our team to create some very rich integrations that help a TON with productivity.

"Simply Amazing !"

What do you like best about Intercom? I love the fact that Intercom combined very user- friendly live chat with the articles section! It really made our job soo much easier! It is also amazing how easy its to manage all the reports and statistics! So far the best Live Chat I have ever worked with!
