"Intercom allows to be in touch with my users - just if they would be all here in our office"

What do you like best about Intercom? the ability to get quickly in touch with your users. there is noithing better for a PM to have an easy way to talk to his users - in intercom empowers me to do this, in easy to use way. my engineers say the same: intercom is the best friend of an engineer.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom releases new features very regularly which around 40% of the time we either a) needed or b) have a use case for that we weren't previously looking to do! It's like an outsourced r & d department that constantly helps us drive our strategic direction in both support and sales/marketing

"Great experience with Intercom"

What do you like best about Intercom? I like the way it allows you to make your work as comfortable as it could be, you can connect third-party widgets, use additional parameters, and make your Intercom the one place for cooperating with clients and users. It has an easy-to-go help desk.

"Intercom- finally an open conversation with your clients"

What do you like best about Intercom? It is easily convenient to start a conversation with a client or agent from either end. intercom has great features and integrations. With the release of their Salesforce integration, this pushes them to the next level. They do have some chatbot resources, client auto-message resources, and contact management.

"Good but not for everyone - depends on your needs"

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom Messenger has the most beautiful UI & UX experience out there in the market. No other tool is close to being so elegant. It also has a lot of integrations and a seamless Chat-to-Ticket experience. Overall Intercom has a great and simple design.
