For example, the subject of the initial message or any information about the command that you follow on the Intercom. This helps to quickly assign tickets to the right people and reduce hours of tedious work.

What do you like best about Intercom? The chat box is very intuitive and the ability to add apps is helpful. It can be customized (visually and functionally) in so many ways to fit the needs of various industries. Also, the help center is SO easy to use.
