What do you like best about Intercom? I love how easy it use to navigate and respond to clients. I've only been using it for a month and it was easy to learn the system.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom looks sleek, easy to navigate, and it's inexpensive. It integrates in our native mobile apps for Android and iOS well. The Intercom agent mobile app works well too.

What do you like best about Intercom? I can access the intercom chat and speak to my customers/ clients at any time of the day! Fantastic how I can also edit the status bar to my liking makes it really easy to help with identifying customers info.

What do you like best about Intercom? I love the outbound feature, but only with the in apps messages because its silmple and easy. I also like the fact that you can attribute yourself some messages that come into the platform, its really practical. I love the segments that we ca . create.

What do you like best about Intercom? I love how easy it is to build out bots based on trends. I love how easy it is to see the busiest times on the chat with their easy to read chart. Tracking first response and then median response time separately is great. It can toss chats into separate categories, which is fantastic!

"A well developed and thought out support system."
What do you like best about Intercom? We feel we are offering students more confidence that they're supported when they get into trouble. Even when they don't use the service, it's there and provided assurance. We also like that messages are being pushed toward our email support area. This allows an aggregation of messages. The amount of customization is impressive and has created the appearance of a complete software and support system.
