What do you like best about Intercom? Creating campaigns and any other communication is very easy, segmenting clients/manipulating the information is very easy to do with tags etc.

"Simple as it goes"

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is simple as fast. I guess it's the best software to support customers on the instant model. The multiple features are really helpfull and simple to use. I just expected more from the integrations, but I'm not sure if that's some Intercom responsability.

"One of the best softwares to help support and leads."

What do you like best about Intercom? The chatbot, articles, the help guide for users it's very important for us. And it's easy to use. The site is very good so easy to use. Everything has a support and a guide to help you understand what you are doing. For us, here in Brazil, it's easy to understand the words and the setences.

What do you like best about Intercom? I can access the intercom chat and speak to my customers/ clients at any time of the day! Fantastic how I can also edit the status bar to my liking makes it really easy to help with identifying customers info.

What do you like best about Intercom? I love the outbound feature, but only with the in apps messages because its silmple and easy. I also like the fact that you can attribute yourself some messages that come into the platform, its really practical. I love the segments that we ca . create.
