What do you like best about Intercom? The chatbots are very helpful for both our clients and our support team. They were also easy to set up! I love that we have all of our support tools in one place and that we also have access to additional sales and marketing tools in the same platform. I also love having the ability to send in-app messages and to target and segment users.
