What do you like best about Intercom? A tool that has excellent benefits, one of them is its easy and simple interface, which allows all users to quickly adapt to it. The tool offers the wonderful and efficient mobile version that allows you to start a live chat with your clients from wherever you are, whether inside or outside the organization, without the need to go to an office team.

"The best customer support tool you can have"
What do you like best about Intercom? It provides us with almost everything we need from onboarding our customers to support them. The interface is easy-to-use and their support is excellent. Besides, their knowledge base is very very good. You don't only learn about the app itself but almost any issue related to customer support.

What do you like best about Intercom? The messaging I've been receiving seems appropriate (the messages as well as the frequency) -- I don't feel like I'm constantly being bombarded with in-app or email messaging. So many resources for guidance in using the app. Lots of examples to be found online on initiatives for customer success using Intercom.

What do you like best about Intercom? Everything I use most often is right on one screen, including integration with other applications as widgets. This part is great. Perhaps my favorite piece is how easy it is to collaborate with the members of my team to resolve tickets. The ability to leave notes and mention the necessary team members, but then also assign it to whomever should be taking the lead is a real benefit. "It's an awesome 'Product tool' (not just chat)"
What do you like best about Intercom? The ability to customize your product's value points via custom variables - so you can convert, onboard, engage users on the product. This feature alone gives the ability to track the entire life cycle of customers from converting, onboarding and paying customers to upselling! Pretty neat.
