"Intercom rocks!"

What do you like best about Intercom? I love how intuitive the user experience is. Their attention to detail is also awesome, such as the emoji survey on all articles to help identify if readers are still confused or not. I mostly set up automated messages for our users called Chats. They're a great way to engage customers.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is very easy to use. It is everything that I need to look at when I am providing customer support. It has great features like Product Tours as well. The product tour feature is very easy to use, you can set it up and have it go live within minutes. What do you like best about Intercom? The organization of articles, article hosting, saved replies, keyboard shortcuts, and ability to jump to chat history and link apps like Jira and Zapier.

"Love using this tool"

What do you like best about Intercom? I love being able to tie it to our knowledge base and answer users in real time. I also love the chat bot and how it makes users feel heard right from the get go. Additionally, I love how easy and intuitive it is to use, create saved answers, and really coordinate with customers through the tool. Creating in app messages also is one of my favorite components, it has been extremely reliable and helpful.

"Easy for customers and collaborators"

What do you like best about Intercom? I love how easy is to our customers and visitors contact us and how Intercom link those conversations with people of our platform. As customer I hate when I'm logged in a website and have to provide all my info again for custommer support. This was the first thing that made me love Intercom.
