"Give support to staff is more easy to do"

What do you like best about Intercom? Grouping of messages according to an specific keyword, the creation of email and messages in-app by a live chat, automated and customizable quick responses making a significant decrease of response times with our clients while improving time response and productivity. Tracking feature of users by using events is very useful due to it allows to know exactly when the user has taken an specific action that we're interested to know immediately.

"Intercom provides everything you need to improve consumer contact"

What do you like best about Intercom? Ends up feeling like intercom has been dreaming of it, it seems like there's also a dedicated tab waiting for me if I decide to do something about it. Their helpchat department seems to grasp how support chat teams operate and can provide concrete guidance outside the simple technological assistance as well. When I need further guidance, I'm given a video chat with key staff leaders who are sincerely dedicated to offering my staff a positive experience.

"Direct engagement with you customer"

What do you like best about Intercom? It has brings us a closer approach to our customers which is great as it also offers very good customer support features allowing to automate almost this entire process by simplifying a lot of work for your member staff and company operations in general. The other thing I can say about Intercom is the great user interface it offers, very modular and modern, easy to understand and with a great look, so its really well developed.

"Cool SaaS for marketers, but is very expensive for small start-ups. We can't pay 1-2% of revenue."

What do you like best about Intercom? Chat, email scripts. Templates editor and common quality of the service. We used it for the follow-ups of Live lesson users. It was super helpful to know who still here after the hours of the lessons.
