What do you like best about Intercom? Everything is web based, so configuration is incredibly easy, and the team was able to all get up to speed quickly. Additionally, the integrations are awesome!

What do you like best about Intercom? The intuitive tools on intercom, is really easy to work on it. The layout and interface are friendly user. It is really easy to create TAG rules and apply them in order to track better the messages. The outbound have turned to an interactive way to talk with customers which visit our website

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is definitely super helpful as a chatting tool. The chat bot is also very smart. I also find the in-app messages or posts very interesting. It has become very easy to talk to our users now through Intercom!
