What do you like best about Intercom? The Intercom allows me to have access to various information about the users of my system, quickly and simply. With this same simplicity I can communicate with my users, in a segmented way, and understand their perception. I love the layout and usability of the system.

What do you like best about Intercom? The most powerful feature of Intercom is to centralize all communications history with a customer. From inbound conversations, to support "tickets" and automated onboarding messages, you get full visibility on what was/was not told to a customer, as well as what they told you. That makes it possible to be more accurate and helping to customers, as you'll know who they are and where they stand.

What do you like best about Intercom? We use the only inbox and I like how it looks like and works. Everything is clear and pretty simple. You can be in touch with users every time and everywhere.

"Great consolidation of tools for Customer Support"

What do you like best about Intercom? The seamless interface. It's extremely user friendly and intuitive to use. It was also really easy to get it setup as an Administrator. I love the fact that it's asynchronous chat as well. It helps our customers to realize we won't respond right away and keep their expectations in line.
