What do you like best about Intercom? We deployed Intercom shortly after our business closed to the public due to COVID19. We had a lot of visitors to our site but our bounce rate was higher then we'd like and we really needed to be able to engage our customers before they had a chance to go elsewhere. What do you like best about Intercom? Ease of use. The signal when a new message arrives is friendly and the way that several people can interact in the same call is very good.

What do you like best about Intercom? The way they make it easy for you to set up all kinds of useful tools to assist your customers. Even a 18 year old kid can become a CS Manager with this great tool! On top of that, you get awesome webinars and great customer support.

"Intercom is Practically a Requirement When I'm Looking for Work"
What do you like best about Intercom? The ability to integrate Intercom with our site and do guided tours, especially as updates hit. Before guided tours, our help desk would be inundated with tickets every time we pushed a new feature update, but guided tours takes the user through the new tool and saves us a ton of time.
