"Very nice features, but doesn't always turn out as great as expected"

What do you like best about Intercom? Chat function is great, sharing articles is nice and the ability to send product tours is amazing. Answering messages is easy, as is assigning them to teams. Very many options to add teams or individual colleagues to conversations and add notes. Also, it's quite easy to see all conversations we had with a customer. Easy to add notes and to add saved replies. Great to send appcues too.

"All in one - Intercom"

What do you like best about Intercom? That you can get all the information on one app, all the platforms can link into intercom i,e email, in app chats etc. It makes your life a lot easier responding form only one place.

"Amazing messaging service to level up our customer experience!"

What do you like best about Intercom? I like the Series feature that Intercom released in September. It's not easy to manage hundreds of different targeted messages all over the place. The Series feature helps us visualize the flow of our user experience with Intercom messaging.

What do you like best about Intercom? As a developper, I like the ease to install the intercom SDK. Also I like all the tools that Intercom propose and let our customer success team and our marketing team manage directly the interaction with our users/customers/leads.
