What do you like best about Intercom? Integration with various top apps such as canny, calendly etc makes my life a lot easier. Apart from that saved, replies, quick articles, detailed reporting feature , conversation rating feature also makes it stand out.

What do you like best about Intercom? The core features are fairly reliable. It's helpful to have a live chat widget connected to a CRM. I like the new email series tool that they put out recently, which gives you the ability to drag and drop elements of your user campaigns as a flow chart.
