"great interface, great article support"

What do you like best about Intercom? I like the help centre feature. Great being able to set up a help centre easily without much of a tech background. Setting it up with a custom domain sounds difficult but it was really easy, which was great.

What do you like best about Intercom? It's easy to use, easy to organize, and it's an intuitive chat platform. I also love the ability to send gifs to future and current customers, having saved replies handy, sending over helpful articles, and all the integrations!

What do you like best about Intercom? It allows us to communicate in real-time with customers to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues. We also use Intercom to automate communication on components of our onboarding process. Intercom is well suited to teams that need to get a support solution live in a very short space of time.
