"Life is A LOT Easier with Intercom"

What do you like best about Intercom? I love how customizable and reliable it is. I'm still not using all of the features and look forward to continually upgrading and adding more widgets as a company. It's great to have everything I need via Intercom and not have to communicate in more places. When I am confused or have questions someone always gets back to me in a timely manner, usually faster than I even expect.

"Intercom is good for chat service"

What do you like best about Intercom? I like how easy it is to use for our team. The system buckets chats in groups that best fit our department. We can have multiple chats and easily transfer to different departments. The CSAT system looks good to, we can accurately track feedback.
